An Austinite since 2003 and a former University of Texas softball player, Megan Willis knows this city, and how to compete for it. Over six years in real estate, she has helped clients buy and sell across Austin and has renovated and sold several of her own flips, giving her a sharp eye for value, potential and what a home can become.

Megan's passion for interior design shapes every search. She helps buyers see past paint colors to possibilities, and helps sellers present their homes at their best.

When she's not showing homes, you'll find her on Austin's trails with her dog, Lucy, wandering South Congress, or hanging out near 6th and Blanco. A self-proclaimed foodie, she tries to keep up with every new restaurant opening (who really can, though?) but always ends up back at old favorites like Maudie's and Perla's.
